Your order will be shipped out within 10-15 business days. However, since each berimbau is manufactured and assembled by hand, one at a time, there may be dispatch delay up to 2 weeks, depending on the workload. You will be notified by an email should your order processing be delayed.
All requests are processed in the order of receiving the payments. Delivery time and shipping costs depend on the item(s) ordered – please refer to the table below. When only accessories ordered, additional invoice will be emailed to cover international shipping costs. However, no additional invoice will be emailed if accessories are ordered along with berimbau.

Which shipping service do you use?
USPS Service, both for domestic and international shipping. We do not use FedEx or UPS for international shipping, because it is significantly more expensive than USPS.

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed via PayPal, meaning 100% secure transactions. It is not necessary to have your own PayPal account, as PayPal accepts most of credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Though, if you have your PayPal account, checkout process will be even easier.
Can I track my order online?
Yes, in most cases. We will provide you with tracking number or delivery confirmation if your order total exceeds $25.00.
What if my order is lost or delayed?

Berimbau.us does not bear any responsibility for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, as well as for any financial losses connected with such delays.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If product is found to be damaged or any parts missing, notify the shipping company immediately. Only consignee may institute a claim with the carrier for damage incurred during shipping. Be sure to save the carton and packing materials for the carrier's inspection. Since your order is insured, you should receive the full refund from the postal service.
Is there a return policy?
All our sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return policy, because most of our items are fragile and are always shipped in a perfect, brand-new condition. We do not resale used or rejected items, thank you for understanding.

What if my berimbau looks different than the photo on the web site?
Slight color variations in appearance are normal due to using natural materials. Insignificant construction changes are also possible, as we reserve the right to make some changes and improvements in design if they do not significantly change product characteristics.
